Barbara Bachiocco
Founder -Travel agent & Tour guide
Grown up between Hvar and Ancona, Barbara is a half-Croatian, half-Italian young lady with a vivid passion for travel, wine & spirits and nice food. After completing her bachelor in Tourism Economics (ITALI) and Master in Tourism Management (EMTM) all over Europe, she is back in her most beloved place in the world: Hvar!
Here, she started Croatique, with the desire to share with travelers from all over the world the hidden treasures of Hvar, its tastes and smells. Doña Barbara is also a mixologist and currently pursuing the WSET level 3 diploma. Energetic, creative and friendly. In her free time, she loves painting and salsa dancing. Weaknesses? She overestimates her cooking skills, as she often burns what she prepares.
Also, addicted to telenovelas. She dreams one day to appear in one.
Patrizia Radaić
Tour guide & right-hand
Patrizia is a young and ambitious lady, who spent all her life on the beautiful Hvar island. Friendly and talkative, as a tour guide she will make you fall in love with Hvar and its rich heritage. Currently, she is a student at the Faculty of Tourism and International Business. In her free time she loves travelling and having a (good) coffee with her friends.
Weaknesses? She is a shopaholic!
Kristijan Rojnica
Chef
With over ten years of experience, Kristjan is an accomplished young chef with a strong academic background and a long professional career. He offers you world-class cuisine in the comfort of a villa, accommodation, or together agreed special location. Mr. Rojnica trained in two Michelin Stared restaurants and worked as chef de cuisine in different renown Hvar restaurants. Currently, he is collaborating with the exclusive fish restaurant Gariful.
Proactive and energetic, he runs his small family farm business, where he is dedicated to oil-, winemaking, and beekeeping. In his free time, he loves fishing and scuba diving.
Weaknesses? He is Instagram-addicted.
Antonio Buzolić & Ivo Tudor
Chefs
First of all, Antonio and Ivo are two local guys with a genuine passion for cooking and for their hometown. Both experienced chefs and members of the Croatian Master Chefs Association, have travelled around Europe to represent their country.
Their dishes are inspired by traditions, local heritage and the changing seasons. Currently, they are both professors at Hvar High school, where they teach cooking and gastronomy. Ivo is a passionate opera singer, while Antonio loves woodworking.
Weaknesses? When they cook, they always end up with extra portions, which (of course) they eat afterwards.
